Elizabeth Fry Record Suspension Services
A Record Suspension, formerly called a Pardon, has the effect of removing a person’s criminal record from the Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC) database.
This means that a search of CPIC will not show that the individual has a criminal record, or a record suspension. This helps remove barriers to employment, educational opportunities, housing and reintegrating into society.
For more information about record suspensions and the application process, please see:

Elizabeth Fry Legal Advocates and volunteers help clients navigate the record suspension process by answering questions, determining eligibility, and assisting with applications.
Although there are general fees associated with a record suspension application, Elizabeth Fry Record Suspension services are FREE of charge.
